Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.

Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and remove trash and debris.

Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.

Report maintenance issues or missing/damaged items to the supervisor.

Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals properly.

Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including lost and found items.
