Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils.

Wash and restock all cooking and serving items throughout shift.

Assist in basic food prep (washing, chopping, labeling, organizing).

Set up and break down prep stations as directed by chefs.

Properly store ingredients and prep items per food safety guidelines.

Remove trash and recyclables and maintain back-of-house cleanliness.

Help with closing duties and daily deep cleaning tasks.

Kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Team-oriented, reliable, and respectful in a fast-moving environment.

Willingness to follow direction and maintain kitchen standards.
