Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to support daily operations at a boutique hospitality property. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Process payments and ensure valid cards are on file
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assign rooms and coordinate with housekeeping
- Provide clear instructions regarding access and policies
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Flexible availability (overnights, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
