WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An exceptional individual with strong attention to detail and excellent energy to coordinate group and transient reservations activities to ensure outstanding, personalized service is delivered to all. The Rooms Division Manager will lead our Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure the property is ready to welcome guests, inspires highly engaged service levels throughout and maintains strong financial controls while teaching and guiding team members. This leader will report to and directly assist the General Manager in fine-tuning our operations to maintain the hotel’s position as the preferred hotel in the marketplace.
WHAT’S REQUIRED FROM YOU:
- Very strong analytics and hotel operations knowledge

- Knowledge of property management systems including Opera

- Technical knowledgeable and competency or demonstrated very strong ability to learn new computer systems quickly including: Outlook, Word, Excel, iHotellier, Delphi FDC, Maestro, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Three (3) years demonstrated as a Rooms Division Manager or multi-department leader in a hospitality or food and beverage environment
- Minimum of five (5) years in the hospitality field [independent and\or luxury experience preferred]
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. [Associates] degree in relevant field preferred
