WHO YOU ARE
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee the center’s daily operations and clinic staff work processes
- Use and monitor an Electronic Medical Records system
- Oversee insurance billing by collaborating with the Billing Coordinator
- Engage in the referral and intake process for new clients
- Partner with the Administrative Director to schedule clients and staff
- Accountable for direct report's job results by coaching and counseling employees
- Plan, monitor, and appraise job results and conduct ongoing training
- Implement skill assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP) and functional assessment measures.
- Develop programs, procedures, and training for clinic staff to ensure client focused operations are in compliance with established guidelines
- Collect information about clients using interviews, case histories, observational techniques, and other assessment methods
- Diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, or reference materials
- Develop therapy and treatment plans based on client needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of diagnoses and treatments plans
- Conduct one on one and group therapy sessions
- Provide parent training to increase understanding of the therapy process
- Track client client progress and recommend treatment updates if needed
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify areas for strategic improvement and growth.
- Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by the Executive Director
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
- Behavior Specialist License AND Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board OR Licensed Psychologist
- 5 years of progressive experience in a clinic based setting (preferred)
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Records system (Central Reach preferred)
- Completion of 8-Hour Supervision Course Psychology
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays
Clearances & Training Required
- Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
- Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children
- State License of Practice and/or Certification
- CPR/First Aid
- TB/Physical
