Clinical Director (BCBA) – Hope Therapy Center

Hope is a premier provider of educational and therapeutic services for children with special needs throughout Western Pennsylvania. We are a model of excellence, a safe haven for students and families, and a steady advocate for families who need our support.

Guided by compassion, integrity, innovation, perseverance, and teamwork, our multidisciplinary team takes a best-practices approach to helping every student succeed.

We will always be a source of hope.

Why Join Hope?

Are you a BCBA leader who wants the opportunity to shape clinical excellence, mentor future leaders, and build a program where quality care comes before volume?

At Hope, we believe exceptional clinical leaders deserve an environment where their expertise is valued, their voice is heard, and their leadership has a meaningful impact.

As the Clinical Director of Hope Therapy Center, you will have the opportunity to shape clinical excellence, develop a talented team of behavior professionals, and help grow a high-quality IBHS clinic that prioritizes ethical care, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for children and families.

When you join our leadership team, you'll enjoy:

  • The opportunity to lead with purpose — Make a direct impact on the quality of services provided to children and families by setting clinical standards, developing systems, and guiding a team committed to changing lives.

  • A leadership role with influence — Partner directly with Executive Leadership and the Administrative Director to drive clinical excellence, operational success, and sustainable growth.

  • Protected Leadership Time — This role includes a balanced clinical component while prioritizing leadership responsibilities.

  • A culture where clinical voices matter — Our BCBAs, educators, therapists, and leaders work together—not in silos. We value open communication, professional disagreement, and thoughtful problem-solving because the best outcomes happen when experts collaborate.

  • The ability to build and develop a team — Mentor BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical staff while creating a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

  • A mission-driven organization — Join a company where relationships matter, innovation is encouraged, and clinical decisions are guided by both evidence-based practices and compassion.

  • A schedule designed for balance — Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday leadership schedule with clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. No weekends or late-night shifts, no home or community settings.

  • Professional growth and development — Continue expanding your leadership skills through collaboration, training opportunities, and involvement in organizational growth initiatives.

  • A team that cares — Be part of an organization where relationships, teamwork, and compassion guide everything we do.

  • Competitive benefits — Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including employer contributed health insurance, employer-paid dental and vision insurance, paid time off, a company-sponsored 401(k), professional development opportunities, and additional employee discounts.
