Pepsi-Cola and National Brand Beverages is a locally-owned and operated New Jersey bottler and distributor of time-tested sparkling and still beverages loved across the world in the water, soft drink, sports drink, tea, juice and energy drink categories. Our facility is centrally located in Pennsauken, New Jersey, and we serve beverages in all channels in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. We pride ourselves on delivering for our customers, consumers, and community. We deliver beverages to grocery, drug, mass, dollar, and convenience stores, as well as restaurants, sporting venues, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, schools, and e-commerce sites.

POSITION SUMMARY: To contribute to areas sales objectives by merchandising, servicing, accounts assigned to you as well as successfully completing other related duties. The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Clean Shelving, rotate products and verify correct shelf prices.
• Build, merchandise and maintain all secondary and promotional displays to conform with company standards.
• Merchandise and fill all coolers, vendors and rack to standard on every visit (if applicable).
• Call on each account as scheduled.
• Create, develop and maintain a strong rapport in every account.
• Manage, rotate and maintain back-stock where applicable.
• Collect and organize damaged product into designated area.
• Call in all customer requests to your immediate supervisor.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and be an active participant.
• Attend all training sessions.
• Follow all company and customer safety guidelines and policies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
Required:

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND OWN VEHICLE WITH VALID INSURANCE.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS
• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D.

Preferred:

• Two years merchandising/sales and/or customer contact experience.

We offer a starting pay rate of $24.14 per hour. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Benefit plan eligibility, PTO, and paid company holidays are dictated by the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
