Construction Estimator

Job Description

The Honey Do Service, Inc. is actively seeking to add an experienced Estimator to our team. In this position you will be obligated to work between two locations. Our Sevierville, TN location and our Knoxville, TN location. Our ideal candidate will have excellent skills in cost estimation, customer service skills, knowledge of construction projects and home renovation projects, and the ability to get estimates out to customers in a timely manner. It would be a plus if you have owned your own construction or handyman business in the past.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Preconstruction communications, including plans & specifications.
• Maintaining organization
• Making site visits as required
• Pull permits as required
• Prepare estimates
• Establish & maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
