Description
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience by providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food and beverage delivery. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about menu items or ingredients
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and work areas
- Handle payment transactions and operate the POS system
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of customer service and hospitality
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Starting at $11.00 per hour, plus tips.
