Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, ability to fill in as a needed laborer on projects.
Duties
- Job set up. Help project management organize materials and tools for crew. This will require multiple store runs to make sure our crew has materials needed to complete project.
- Assist in shop work as needed, such as tool maintenance and shop organization.
- Minimal construction knowledge.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Good organization and communication skills.
Experience
- Drivers license and clean driving record required
- Construction background not required, but appreciated.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to drive a work van/box truck/dump truck.
