Position Purpose:
This position will coordinate the catalog onboarding process for strategic suppliers and GCC. They will proactively engage vendors who are lacking in specific performance areas and strategize with cross-functional teams to provide insight and develop get-well strategies, as well as track for improvement. Work with different business partners and PEXA to develop onboarding catalog requirements, implement changes, and execute on change management. Develop new tools and processes to support supply chain goals and objectives. This role will also be responsible for understanding and communicating GCC platform capabilities, vendor catalog requirements, supplier limitations, strategic plans with supplier and merchandising partners, and alignment on planned initiatives. Required to frequently communicate and support vendors, product marketing, development teams, accounting, EDI, vendor performance management teams, and BI to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
40%- Research/address escalated items completely & timely. Resolution may require detailed research, analysis &/or collaboration w/various internal Home Depot business or IT teams. Escalate defect fix or enhancement needs as they are identified.
20%- Proactively engage vendors to improve compliance performance via emails, phone calls or meetings.
20%- Work with data to analyze vendor compliance and provide recommendations and solutions to potential gaps.
20%- Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects related to compliance processes or system enhancements.
Nature and Scope:
Reports to a Manager or Sr Manager.
This position has no direct reports.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
