- Coordinates preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial accounting and performance data and summary reports.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for management.
- Assist with audits by providing information requested.
- Review procedures for compliance with regulations.
- Maintain financial reporting systems and provide assistance.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
- The candidate will be responsible for license contract compliance.
- The candidate should be very detail oriented both in terms of financial and compliance matters.
- The candidate should have excellent communication and quantitative skills.
- The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a technology transfer office is preferred.
- Previous experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred. Examples include PeopleSoft (ERP, CRM) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Department is willing to accept education in lieu of experience.
