What are the responsibilities and job description for the GBPD Onboarding Sr Analyst position at The Home Depot?
The Onboarding Sr Analyst acts as a support function to the Product Development Team. The Sr Analyst is responsible for executing all aspects of product onboarding (JDE, IDM, Flex) and supplier compliance in their assigned department or category. This individual will ensure execution of work in an efficient, reliable and accurate manner. This associate will work closely with the category manager to align on all project deadlines, ensure data quality is never compromised and communicate effectively with business partners and leaders. The Sr. Analyst will work with various cross functional partners, including, quality, engineering, and compliance teams to complete onboarding and continually seek ways to improve the process and reduce lead time.
Key Responsibilities:
10% – Administrative – Administrative tasks of the onboarding team
70% – Business Execution – Execute onboarding activities.
10% – Cross Functional Collaboration – Team planning and cross functional awareness meetings.
10% – Process Improvement – Process improvement work to identify areas of the business to improve. Update documentation to reflect those improvements and changes.

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
