The rate of pay for this position is $16.75 per hour, plus tips. Tip rates vary by day but typically fall between $10-$14 per hour.
The Holy Donut is a family-owned growing Maine business. We make fresh, handmade gourmet donuts from potatoes and other local ingredients. Our product is nationally known and is a favorite for locals and tourists alike.
We are seeking part-time or full-time guest service associates to join our awesome team through the busiest part of our year. This is a seasonal July-November position. We are looking for new hires who will be great teammates to our existing staff of exceptional people, and who will take pride in the positive environment we facilitate for one another and for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing guests with excellent and efficient service, fun and friendly interactions, and great product knowledge as you take and fulfill orders at the front counter. When you aren't working with guests at the register, you'll rotate through other tasks in the shop, like preparing drinks at the barista station, assisting with donut production, or keeping up with cleaning tasks. Especially in the busy summer and fall seasons, this is a fast paced and physically demanding role.
