The Hollywood Grande, An Autograph Collection hotel is a 190-room lifestyle hotel located in Hollywood featuring renowned food & beverage concept, Bar Lis, a rooftop lounge that captures the iconic spirit and playful sophistication of Cote D’Azur. Additional outlets include The Lobby Bar and The Terrace at Bar Lis.
Hollywood VOLUME, A Tribute Portfolio hotel is a 212-room lifestyle hotel and home to KA’TEEN, a Yucatan Peninsula restaurant helmed by Chef Wes Avila and Desert 5 Spot, a rooftop live music bar that brings the rustic allure of Pioneertown to Hollywood. Additional outlets include VOLUME Café.
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager shapes and executes the marketing vision for a lifestyle hospitality brand, overseeing innovative hotel and F&B campaigns that strengthen brand presence, engage social audiences and drive digital results. Combining best-practice expertise with disciplined execution, the role requires a deep understanding of premium guest experiences, with weekly reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing and a monthly departmental performance report.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel & F&B Marketing Management: Planning & Execution
- Plan & Manage: Assist Director of Brand Marketing to execute annual and seasonal marketing plans that align with hospitality standards, brand voice and revenue goals. Marketing plans are annual, monthly and by segment of deployment strategies for both hotels and respective food & beverage outlets.
- Internal Partnerships: Work with and communicate across departments (Hotel Front Office, F&B Operations & Programming, Sales & Events) to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all Marketing touchpoints.
- Agency Point of Contact: Assist Director of Brand Marketing as day-to-day agency point of contact to ensure execution of plan.
- Industry Trends: Monitor competitive landscapes, global travel trends, and guest insights to anticipate market shifts and seize opportunities.
Campaign & Creative Project Management
- Project Management: Manage marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and experiential channels – tracking from creative request through editing to final deployment.
- Hotel & F&B Collateral: Track execution of collateral including bespoke menus, branded guest amenities, signage, reordering merch, and sales & event materials.
- Content & Asset Management: Identifies visual asset needs and coordinates all photo & video shoots as needed. Oversees asset database of approved images and ensures all image libraries are up to date, including hotel, enterprise and third-party sites.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Marriott Hotel Marketing: Collaborate with Marriott Digital Services team to drive digital advertising, SEO, PPC, and targeted hotel display campaigns.
- Email Deployment: Manages and executes schedule of email campaigns deployed via Mailchimp & maintain updated audience databases. Assists Director of Brand Marketing to create lifestyle-focused email marketing programs, ensuring content is visually compelling and resonates with targeted audience.
- Website Content: Manages Brand.com and vanity website (where applicable) content specifically for the hotel, including upkeep of images, special offers, landing pages and other site content enhancements and requirements. Responsible for ensuring all legal and security requirements are maintained on vanity sites. Weekly & monthly programming calendars updated across F&B sites.
- Social Media: Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to plan and review monthly social media strategy, track assets from Director of Creative Services & attend monthly brainstorm sessions with Marketing Team.
Public Relations & Brand Partnerships
- Media/Influencer Visits: Works with PR and Marketing teams to oversee coordination of VIP visits, including itineraries, tours, gift amenities and reservations. May be required to give property tours as needed.
- Media Photoshoots: Works with PR and Marketing teams to oversee coordination of photoshoots occurring onsite.
- Partnerships: Manage existing and onboard new partnerships across the hotels & outlets that align with the brand’s luxury positioning and enhance guest offerings.
Budget & Performance Management
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI while upholding brand quality.
- Invoice Management: Monthly invoice submission and tracking with internal accounting team systems.
- Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, website & guest engagement metrics (in coordination with an agency where applicable).
- Meetings, Presentations and Reports: Assist the Director of Marketing in preparation for all strategic meetings, including weekly and/or monthly hotel executive committee meetings, ownership reviews and corporate hotel reviews.

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years marketing experience within luxury hospitality, high-end resorts, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven expertise in brand storytelling, digital strategy, PR and integrated campaign execution.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and editing skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, website CMS, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, Airtable etc.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suites.
Preferred: Familiarity with or direct experience working within Marriott’s Autograph Collection and/or Tribute Portfolio properties and knowledge of Marriott’s Digital Marketing systems.
Work Requirements
- May be required to support evening/weekend brand activations 1–2 times per month.
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, with regular walking and on-property presence.
- Ability to travel for media events, brand activations, and corporate meetings.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
Salary Range & Benefits
