Compensation:$40-45 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct project staffing assessments by identifying team capacity and upcoming workforce needs
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline resource allocation processes
- Coordinate with global staffing teams to match candidates with suitable projects
- Maintain and update staffing data accurately using HR systems and Salesforce
- Provide timely reporting and insights related to resource utilization and project progress
- Cultivate strong relationships across departments to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently
- Support the onboarding process for new team members and assist in project transitions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in resource management or related roles, preferably at a managerial level
- Proven ability to thrive in a structured and fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience working within the consulting industry or law firms is advantageous
- Ability to work in EST time zone, with flexibility to operate remotely or on-site
