Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition across contingent, contract, temporary staffing, and retained search services
- Build, develop, and manage long-term client relationships
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal close
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality talent
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven success in staffing sales and/or business development
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships
