We are seeking an experienced business development professional within the staffing industry to join us as Independent Business Development Partner. This is a 1099 opportunity designed for high-performing individuals who want to operate with autonomy, build their own book of business, and benefit from uncapped earning potential.


This is not a traditional employee role. Instead, it offers the opportunity to function as a strategic partner—leveraging an established delivery team, infrastructure, and industry expertise to drive revenue and long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition across contingent, contract, temporary staffing, and retained search services
  • Build, develop, and manage long-term client relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal close
  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality talent
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and repeat business


Qualifications

  • Proven success in staffing sales and/or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships
  • Strong professional network or ability to quickly develop a pipeline
  • Experience in contingent, contract, temporary staffing and/or retained search
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
