Senior Grants Officer
Our Boston based client is actively searching for a Senior Grants Officer to add to their team. The person in this role should have 5 years of relevant research grants administration experience and strong project management skills.

**Candidates must be local to the Boston area to be considered as this role is hybrid 2 in-office / 3 WFH.**
Salary: $80-90k
*salary listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage grant projects and workflows
- Manage pre-proposal development and post award compliance activities
- Support Grants Management team, specifically the Director and Principal Investigators, and work collaboratively across other teams
- Advise faculty on research compliance issues
- Provide support for grants management processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years research grant management experience, preferably within Higher Education or Healthcare
- Knowledge and experience with NIH and NSF grants, pre-award experience required
- Flexibility with everchanging priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically expertise in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
