Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end hiring process for executive and senior-level roles across technical disciplines within engineering and construction.
- Collaborate with top leadership and hiring managers to establish role specifications, recruitment strategies, and candidate criteria.
- Identify and connect with high-caliber executive candidates through targeted outreach, professional networks, and industry research.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines utilizing ATS and various sourcing platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate leadership qualities, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and negotiate offers with potential hires.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout every phase of the recruiting journey.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze market trends, and update stakeholders on pipeline status and hiring outcomes.
- 7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on senior or executive-level placements.
- Proven track record of recruiting within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related technical fields.
- Expertise in using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and talent databases.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex, multi-layered hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently while juggling multiple high-priority searches.
