This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline development through offer acceptance. The position partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and assess top‑tier talent, while also supporting broader talent initiatives such as talent mapping, market insights, and competitive research.

- Develop recruiting strategies for senior-level and leadership openings.
- Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and organizational needs.
- Assess and evaluate candidates, providing informed recommendations.
- Participate in salary and offer negotiations.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitive market research.
- Stay current on compensation trends and industry hiring practices.
