Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Client Specialist to support their high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities
- Support clients and portfolio managers with account setup, updates, and ongoing management.
- Coordinate annual reviews and quarterly communications.
- Handle billing, deposits, transfers, and disbursements accurately.
- Prepare client reports, cash flow analyses, and trust documents.
- Attend client meetings, draft notes, and document follow-up actions.
- Maintain client objectives and coordinate estate and trust activities.
- Manage wire transfers, trust updates, and collateral loans.
- Assist with onboarding new assets, special projects, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience building and managing client relationships.
- Strong background in financial services, trust administration preferred.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Degree preferred but extensive experience may suffice.
