Overview
We’re looking for a people-focused Client Specialist who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and helping create exceptional client experiences while guiding guests toward services that support their health, confidence, and wellness goals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, client care, and helping guests achieve their goals. This position combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities, and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and growth of the clinic.
This position is part-time, with required availability on Thursdays and Sundays, and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services and products
- Educate clients on spa modalities, treatments, and retail products to support at-home care
- Generate sales through client education and personalized recommendations
- Monitor and respond to clinic emails and follow up with all customer leads, calls, and voicemails
- Check clients in and out for services and complete POS transactions
- Ensure all required client paperwork and documentation are completed prior to services
- Open and close the clinic according to established procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in all work areas
- Follow all clinic policies while maintaining client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Assist nurses and providers as needed
- Perform administrative tasks including restocking supplies, tracking inventory needs, and general cleaning and sanitation
- Assist in sourcing and booking outreach events under the direction of management
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong computer proficiency, including:
- Scheduling and CRM/lead generation software
- Email communication
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- Prior spa, wellness, or medical office experience preferred
