What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and deploying sophisticated analytical models and AI solutions, including natural language processing and GenAI applications.
- Advanced skills in programming languages such as Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using libraries like pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with big data tools and cloud platforms, especially AWS, Dataiku, and Snowflake, and knowledge of data governance frameworks including FAIR principles.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, LLMs, statistical analysis, and MLOps practices for scalable and production-ready deployment.
- Proven ability to lead the development of digital platforms and tools that enhance organizational efficiency and data accessibility.
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex insights to senior leadership.
- Robust problem-solving mindset with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graph databases like Neo4J and visualization tools such as Tableau or ReactJS/D3.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in healthcare and biotechnology, including HIPAA compliance.
- Exposure to the latest GenAI innovations and graph analytics.
- Prior experience working within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- A master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Ph.D. is highly regarded.
- Between 5 to 7 years of proven success delivering impactful data science solutions, with demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in Waltham, MA.
- Relevant certifications or experience with regulatory standards in healthcare data governance.
