This role combines ownership of an established book of business with a strong expectation for new customer acquisition and organic growth. Success requires a disciplined, high-travel, face-to-face sales approach in a relationship-driven market.This is a true hunter–farmer role with heavy customer interaction, frequent travel, and clear performance expectations. The Territory Sales Manager will protect existing revenue while consistently uncovering new opportunities through in-person visits with roll-formers, metal building manufacturers, and related construction customers.
