We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and take ownership of managing commercial properties held in trust accounts — ensuring operations run smoothly, tenants are supported, and assets are protected.
As a key member of our property management team, you’ll build strong relationships with administrators, vendors, and tenants while upholding the highest standards of trust and fiduciary responsibility.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day management of commercial properties, with occasional support on residential assets
- Coordinate and manage maintenance, rehab, and repair projects — from bidding to completion
- Handle tenant relations: screening, lease negotiations, renewals, collections, and issue resolution
- Verify vendor licenses, insurance, and oversee third-party management contracts
- Conduct property appraisals, inspections, and broker rent surveys
- Manage financial responsibilities including CAM reconciliations, taxes, insurance, and reporting
- Prepare operating statements, income/expense reports, and committee meeting materials
- Act as the point of contact for tenants, brokers, and vendors
