What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at The Hiring Advisors?
The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a growing company in the lending/real estate space to hire a Business Analyst who can do more than just “circle back on that.”
They need someone who:
- Understands Salesforce and business operations
- Can untangle messy processes without starting a company-wide panic
- Knows mortgage/real estate workflows well enough to ask the dangerous question: “Why are we still doing it this way?”
This role is a mix of:
- Data analysis
- Salesforce process improvement
- System cleanup projects
- Reporting & operational strategy
- Working with developers without speaking entirely in Jira tickets
You’ll help improve workflows, build smarter processes, troubleshoot system issues, and make operations significantly less chaotic.
Ideal background:
- 4 years in Business Analysis / Operations
- Salesforce experience required
- Mortgage and/or real estate industry exposure
- Strong Excel reporting skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
Important Deets:
- Hybrid schedule in Los Angeles (3 days in office)
- Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000
