As a Marine Diesel Mechanic, you’ll be part of a skilled team that keeps high-performance vessels running at their best. Responsibilities
Diagnostics: Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs.
Repairs: Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls.?
Product Lines: Must be comfortable working on all boat systems; Hamilton water jets, Yanmar, Volvo Penta, Cummins, Caterpillar, or FPT engines.
Safety Compliance: Performing all work to safety standards and guidelines.???
Other: All duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum one (3) year of experience in marine mechanics or related fields.??
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
Certifications: ABYC certification (preferred). Must hold a valid driver’s license.?
Pre-Employment: All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
