Job Summary
The Senior Payroll Associate owns and delivers payroll for domestic and Canadian payroll groups. The Senior Payroll Associate develops and implements payroll procedures to ensure timely processing of payroll and all financial obligations related to the payroll process. The Senior Payroll Associate files payroll related tax, garnishment and compliance paperwork and answer requests for information from state and federal agencies.

Essential Job Functions *
- Review and processing of payroll adjustment forms for US and Canadian payrolls
- Review and acceptance of employee self-service changes for US and Canadian payrolls
- Review and acceptance of comp/position changes for US and Canadian payrolls
- Review US and Canadian timecards for errors and communicate with management to resolve
- Process benefit corrections and updates for US and Canadian payrolls
- Process garnishments
- Answer data requests
- Add payee to Dayforce
- Apply garnishment to Employee Dayforce file
- Answer debtor information requests
- setup pay cards
- Process Final pay for US and Canadian payrolls (based on state regs.)
- Collect final deductions
- Payout remaining accruals
- Wire/same day pay for California.
- Run and process concur expense data for US and Canadian payrolls
- Process deposit rejections and updates for US and Canadian payrolls

Education & Experience
- Pref Highschool and 2-4 years of experience in related field.
- Req GED and 2-4 years of experience in related field
