Essential Job Functions*
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
- Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
- Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and safety regulations.
- Coordinate breakdown response and recovery.
- Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor maintenance backlog, downtime, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management for technicians.
- Partner with operations to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support maintenance documentation and CMMS accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field preferred.
- 6 years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and equipment systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise skilled maintenance employees.
- Skill in work prioritization and breakdown management.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues at a high level.
- Ability to communicate clearly across functions.
- Ability to hold team members accountable for safety and quality.
