Essential Job Functions *
- Responds to requests timely and schedules according to procedures.
- Manage and Coordinates program requirements with business units.
- Communicates schedule with business units and program status and tracks program initiatives.
- Coordinates weekly business unit communications.
- Supplies analytics pertaining to program requests.
- Drives and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manages department software and intellectual integrity.
- Provide training, tools, and techniques; provide documentation of new process and procedures.
- Train and observe associates to include coaching and performance improvement plans.
- Supervise the display ordering process to include scheduling of projects and programs, communication of key inventory gaps that compromise display builds.

Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required; College degree or equivalent in education and work experience with formal sales training preferred.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication skills ability to effectively communicate requirements and technical information.
- Working knowledge of computer applications (i.e., MS Office Suite), and ability to learn in-house software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities; maintain composure under stressful conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of the organization's mission, vision, and values; understands core products and services.
- Complies with basic organizational policies, and regulations and demonstrates knowledge of the strategic direction of the organization.
