Essential Job Functions *
- Leads the development the of company’s annual operating budget for Distribution Centers and Selling, General, & Administrative Expenses.
- Drives decisions by providing analytical support through forecasting, performance metrics, and ad hoc analyses.
- Monitors budget performance compared to plan and alerts managers to potential issues.
- Prepares quarterly forecasts.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly performance metrics and executive reporting package.
- Improve existing finance processes to accelerate analysis for proactive identification of business risks and opportunities.
- Serves as an active member on cross-functional teams providing the analytical support necessary to add value to the business.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or equivalent in education and work experience.
- Expertise in Excel is preferred
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise 1 JDE and BI cube reporting is a plus
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
