The Role at a Glance:
Serves as the primary contact for Unigroup agents coordinating domestic household goods Workplace and Automoves. Manages service requests, scheduling, and communications between agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely relocations. Responsibilities include service confirmations, documentation, pricing, and coordination with vendors.
How You’ll Contribute:
As the primary point of contact for Unigroup booking agency representatives, you will coordinate origin and destination services for domestic household goods and auto relocations. You’ll act as a liaison between booking agents, Hilldrup operations staff, crew members, billing, and customers—ensuring a seamless communication flow and consistent service execution. You are responsible for confirming agent capacity, managing service expectations, pricing non-tariff items, and reserving requested services while following through to completion.
In this role, you’ll be expected to manage service requests by reviewing, scheduling, and confirming details such as pre-move surveys, origin and destination services, and any specialty services through third-party vendors. Your attention to detail will be key as you compose accurate documentation and ensure thorough communication through work orders and service reservations.
You will maintain daily contact with agents, dispatchers, customers, and the sales teams. You’ll also initiate local, intra-state, and permanent storage files when needed, and actively work with Hilldrup operations to schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. This includes ensuring compliance with consumer regulations, monitoring workflow, and keeping bookings on track.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
