Job Summary:
The Final Mile Associate who under general supervision, provides a variety of administrative and operational support to include oversight of daily unload and staging activities, ensuring all trash and recycling are properly disposed of on a daily basis, monitoring of routes throughout the day and management of return product and documentation associated with that product. This role plays a critical part in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in logistics operations, inventory management, and communication with drivers and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and delivery teams;
- Monitor group emails to ensure customer and other stakeholders are receiving timely responses;
- Route delivery auditing;
- Monitor unload teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy of damage reporting and staging of product.
- Ensure product handling practices are followed by anyone handling the customers products.
- Monitors all returns and ensures they are documented and protected properly when sending back to the customer.
- Creates and sends out daily reports as needed;
- Sends out damage and return reports;
- Routing and scheduling tasks;
- Other duties as assigned.

QULIFCATIONS (knowledge, skills, Abilities)
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience;
- A minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a business office environment;
- Exceptional organizational ability and strong attention to detail;
- Ability or performance history of meeting and exceeding objectives and deadlines;
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and proficiency in all tasks;
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in a warehouse and office environment, with regular movement between both.
- May require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying products for extended periods.
- Occasional work outside normal business hours to meet customer or delivery needs.
