This is a full-time role for a Lead Preschool Teacher at THE HILL PRESCHOOL. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, foster children's social and emotional development, and promote a love of learning. This is an on-site role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Experience working with kindergarten readiness skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
