Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Duties
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Create lesson plans and conduct quarterly assessments
- Oversee daily classroom routines, including circle time, playtime, snack time, and rest periods.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development.
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- Bachelor's, Associate's Degree or CDA
- 1 Year of Experience working with toddlers ages 2-4.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and inclusive participation.
Pay: $46,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
