LPN Opportunities
Full-Time & Part-Time-
Pay Range: $29.00–$39.06/hour.

Available Shifts

• Days: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Evenings: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
  • Nights: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
  • Must have a valid NYS LPN License
  • 1 year of experience
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Every other weekend (EOW)
All LPN positions participate in the holiday rotation
Per Diem: Starting at $30.00/hour — minimum of 2 weekend shifts (16 hours) per month required
LPN 12-week Contract Opportunities
Full-Time 12-week Contract- $40.00/hour
  • 40 hours/week required
Part-Time Contract- $35.00/hour
  • 24 hours/week required
Contract Shift Requirement: Contract LPNs must be available to work at least 2 of our 3 shifts (Day, Evening, or Night) for the duration of the 12-week contract.
