The Role
We're looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice who is eager to learn the trade and build a long-term career in high-end residential remodeling. You'll work directly alongside experienced carpenters, learning everything from framing and finish carpentry to cabinetry, custom woodworking, and remodeling.

What You'll Do
- Assist lead carpenters with remodeling and finish carpentry projects
- Learn proper installation techniques for trim, doors, cabinets, built-ins, and millwork
- Help with demolition, framing, blocking, and jobsite preparation
- Measure, cut, and install materials under supervision
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job site
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Assist with sanding, painting, caulking, and finishing work
- Learn proper layout, measuring, and problem-solving techniques
- Take before and after photos when needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
- Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE, ladder safety, and dust control
What You Bring
- A strong desire to learn the carpentry trade
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and accept coaching
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders
- Willingness to work in a variety of residential remodeling environments
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience in construction, remodeling, landscaping, painting, or other skilled trades
- Experience using common power tools
- OSHA 10 certification
- Trade school or vocational education
Schedule, Pay & Growth
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week
Trial Period: Approximately 60 days
Pay: $20–$25 per hour based on experience, attitude, and willingness to learn
