Job Summary:
A Server / Bartender is responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests. The position focuses on excellent customer service, quick service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests.
- Check guest IDs when serving alcoholic beverages and follow all alcohol service laws.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and process payments correctly.
- Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
- Keep service areas clean and organized.
- Provide guests with information about menu items, specials, and resort amenities.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
- Basic math and money-handling skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds (cases of drinks, ice, etc.).
Pay: From $7.25 per hour
