Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of brand strategies and plans for the premium chocolate portfolio, with a focus on driving brand equity, relevance, and near‑term growth (1–2 years)
- Serve as a close partner to the Chocolate Portfolio Strategy & Innovation team, translating 3-to-10-year growth strategies and innovation roadmaps into closer‑in brand plans
- Ground brand decisions in a deep understanding of our consumer, translating consumer, category, and market insights into clear brand implications
- Develop clear, concise brand recommendations and presentations for senior leadership, simplifying complexity and driving alignment
- Lead elements of creative development and agency partnership, from briefing through execution, ensuring work is insight‑driven, on‑strategy, and on‑brand
- Monitor brand performance and brand health metrics, synthesizing results into learnings and recommendations to optimize plans and strengthen impact
- Contribute to an innovative, forward thinking team culture on the Global Brand Office
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Strategy, or a related business role
- Experience in CPG or consumer marketing strongly preferred. Familiarity with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI) and financial analysis required.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect consumer insights to brand choices and business outcomes
- Advanced technical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with syndicated data tools such as IRI, Numerator, or similar
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize across multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional partners without direct authority
- Strong communication skills, including experience and comfort presenting to senior leadership
