As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating welcoming spaces for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain impeccable standards.
- Implement proper sanitation procedures for bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and upholstery.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality.
- Assist with outdoor work such as front entry or pool deck or sidewalk cleaning when required to uphold overall property appearance.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents; ability to operate vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, etc.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective client communication skills to understand preferences and deliver personalized service.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces as needed.
