Cleaner Team Lead (Part-Time)

We're a locally owned cleaning company serving Shawnee, Oklahoma, and we're searching for a dependable, motivated Cleaner Team Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on cleaning while helping support and guide fellow team members.
What You'll DoResidential Cleaning
Your primary responsibility will be providing professional residential cleaning services. You'll work alongside the team to ensure every home is cleaned to a high standard while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Team Leadership
Lead by example by promoting quality work, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Help answer questions, provide guidance to team members, and assist with maintaining an efficient, supportive work environment.
New Employee Training
Work with new hires as they learn our cleaning procedures and company expectations. Help them build confidence, develop their skills, and become successful members of the team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous residential cleaning experience is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well with others.
- Comfortable traveling to multiple homes throughout the workday.
- Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle for transportation between job locations.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout each shift.
