Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate

When you join our team, you will be coached, mentored, and trained directly by the industry's leaders in real estate to help you become a solid producer in real estate or any sales environment.

As an Inside Sales Agent, the responsibility is to win appointments for the sales team through cultivating a variety of leads by way of:

• Contacting and qualifying inbound calls and online leads.
• Perform outbound calls to a variety of sources and follow up with past leads, past customers, etc.
• Use a combination of phone calls, texting, and drip campaigns to engage leads.
• Set Appointments

Qualifications / Skills Necessary:

• MUST HAVE A VALID REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE LICENSE.
• Be an effective verbal and written communicator.
• Demonstrate active listening and rapport building skills
• Comfortable with making calls for 6-7 hours a day
• Self motivated and goal oriented.
• Understand the sales process and company services.
• Previous experience with CRMs, drip campaigns, etc is a plus.
• Previous sales or telemarketing experience.
• Coachable and potential growth.
• Healthy competitiveness.
• Results-oriented and high achiever.

Salary starting at $40,000 Depending on Experience Bonuses and Incentives based upon production to yield an earning potential of $60,000 .

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
