What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern, Premium Client Service position at The HEAT Group?
The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are looking for a Premium Client Service Intern to assist and provide support to the Premium Client Service Department. Applicants should be motivated and comfortable interacting with guests and high-end clients. Applicant will assist the Premium Client Managers on various daily tasks, prioritizing and maintaining part-time staff and other department materials. They will assist with all HEAT games and Concert responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support the Premium Client Service Department.
- Assist Premium Client Managers with day-to-day operations.
- Interact with premium guests, suite holders, and high-end clients.
- Help coordinate and supervise part-time staff.
- Maintain departmental materials and administrative processes.
- Provide support during all HEAT games and concerts.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience
- Prior customer service or customer support experience.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Enjoy working directly with people in a service-oriented environment.
- Availability for all HEAT games, concerts, and holiday events.
