The HealthCare Connection (THCC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our School Health team, delivering high-quality primary care services to students at our North College Hill location. Position Overview
As a key member of our clinical care team, you’ll provide direct patient services in a dynamic, mission-driven environment that emphasizes teamwork, accessibility, and cultural sensitivity.

Requirements
- Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner license
- 3 years of experience preferred, ideally in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health setting
- Demonstrated clinical experience in primary care or family practice
- Team player with a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
- Ability to serve patients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds
- Spanish fluency a plus, but not required
