We boast two primary care locations and 6 school-based health centers providing quality value-based care for over 20,000 patients. We provide services in Primary Care, Infectious Disease, Substance Use, Integrated Behavioral Health, Dental Services, Women's Health, and Pharmacy.
About the Role
Are you an RN with OB/GYN experience who's looking for a consistent weekday schedule? Do you excel in patient care and have a passion for improving the quality of services delivered to women and families?
The Women's Health Lead RN plays a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care while providing leadership and support to Medical Assistants and LPNs. In this position, you will:
- Provide direct patient care in an OB/GYN clinical setting
- Support providers through patient interviews, health screenings, and diagnostic testing
- Manage clinical equipment, ensure proper supply levels, and maintain a safe care environment
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care
- Oversee prenatal patient tracking and collect pregnancy outcome data
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to supporting high-quality women's healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree and Current Ohio RN License
- 3 years care coordination experience plus broad clinical background
- Strong patient education skills required
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with EHR and practice management systems
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
- Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Work is performed in an office/clinical setting.
