$10,000 Sign on Bonus-Full Time.

Graduate Nurses
Wound Certification paid by the facility (we will cover the cost to get you wound care certified)
LPN: Wage ranging from $26-$35/hr- based on employment status (full time with benefits or PRN without benefits).
RN: Wage ranging from $38-$40/hr- based on employment status (full time with benefits or PRN without benefits).

Tuition Reimbursement!

- Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a clinical setting
- Active LPN or RN license (required)
- Experience in wound care preferred
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Physical Demands:
- Standing/Walking: Able to be on feet standing or walking for 10 hours per day.
- Lifting: Able to lift 60-70 lbs on an occasional basis.
- Movement: Able to bend, stoop, squat, and twist numerous times a day.
- Vision & Hearing: Able to see and hear adequately to respond to auditory and visual requests.
- Communication: Able to speak in a clear, concise voice to communicate with patients, including those who may be hearing impaired.
- Motor Skills: Able to carry out fine motor skills and demonstrate manual dexterity.
