What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wound Treatment Nurse position at Bradley Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center?
We are currently looking for a Wound Treatment Nurse, preferably RN, but LPN can apply and will be considered. The Wound Treatment Nurse provides the primary skin integrity care to residents under the medical direction of the residents' attending physician. Responsible for the delivery of skin integrity care and services according to each residents' clinical assessment and plan of care. This position plays a critical role in the healthcare team specializing in the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with acute and chronic wounds. This position requires a compassionate and skilled nurse who can provide high-quality care. This candidate must be able to educate staff and families about the wound healing process. This candidate will be required to develop individualized care plans based on the resident needs and evidence based best practices. This candidate must have a current TN nursing license, current BLS/CPR certification , experience in nursing management ( preferred), and have a certification in Infection Prevention & Control (or willing to get certified).
