Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (APRN)—new graduates welcome—who is eager to grow clinically, build a patient panel, and develop both medical and aesthetic skillsets.

This is a career-building opportunity with direct mentorship, hands-on procedural training, and a strong earning trajectory.

Schedule (Hybrid Model)In-Person Clinic Days

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Telehealth Days (Remote)

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Balanced structure: in-person procedures remote continuity care

Compensation (High Growth Potential)Base Salary (Training Phase)

• $70,000 – $85,000 annually (first 3–6 months)

Tiered Member-Based Bonus Structure (Monthly)

After onboarding, compensation transitions to a Base Per-Member Model:

• 0–100 members → $12 per member
• 101–200 members → $15 per member
• 201–300 members → $18 per member
• 300 members → $20–22 per member

Example:
200 members = ~$3,000/month bonus

Additional Incentives

• Aesthetic Revenue Bonus: 3% of collections
• Retention Bonus:
• 85% retention → $500/month
• 90% retention → $1,000/month
• New Patient Bonus (early growth phase): $50 per signup

Expected Total Compensation

• Year 1: $90,000 – $120,000
• Year 2 : $130,000 – $180,000

Key Responsibilities/ Clinical Care

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Develop personalized wellness and treatment plans

DPC Model Responsibilities

• Build and manage your patient panel
• Deliver relationship-based, high-touch care
• Communicate with patients via secure messaging
• Focus on prevention, lifestyle optimization, and long-term outcomes

Aesthetic & Wellness Services (Training Provided)

• Neurotoxins (Botox/Xeomin/Dysport)
• Dermal fillers
• RF microneedling & laser treatments
• Weight loss and hormone therapy programs

Growth Expectations

• Build a panel to 150–300 members over time
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention
• Participate in patient education and engagement
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Licensed APRN (FNP preferred) in Florida
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Interest in aesthetics, wellness, and preventative medicine
• Coachable, motivated, and growth-oriented
