Project Manager

• Entrepreneur seeks someone capable in helping develop, promote and manage the following projects...
  * Have plans to create truly affordable housing for the poor and homeless that eliminates the cities ongoing expense dealing with homelessness Plus gives the city a positive cash flow .
  Plan A- We will present this plan to the city council and see if we can negotiate compensation for this plan removing the reoccurring annual 300 plus million dollars spent on homelessness that has nothing to show for it and that will also create a net revenue of 11 plus million dollars annually to the city
  Plan B if the city refuses to cooperate we will solicit voter support, sue the city into submission and build the units our self with a slightly higher rental rate to compensate for allowing for higher profits per unit
• * Have plan to feed the homeless for about $9 per year per taxpayer we will solicit voter support for this
  * Have plan to offer alternative health Care that includes basic health care plus functional alternative medicine and dental implants at no cost for those that can qualify for subsidies.
  * Addressing the cause for our national and global divide focusing on the lies and deceptions that indoctrinate, brainwash and enslave to create divide, hate, violence, murder and wars
  *Promoting belief in God
  * Creating neighborhood food markets offering lower food costs
  * Creating a low cost and honest Auto repair Network
  * Creating a low cost attorney representation for poor victims of Injustice
  * Addressing the toxification of our food supply
  * Addressing the threats to America's welfare
  * Addressing the forthcoming shortages and ways of prevention of our basic needs such as water, food, electricity, housing and dollar devaluation
  This is a new startup project and I need someone capable of securing funding to move the projects forward.
  The pay will initially be commission based, based on securing funding then when project development begins an annual salary with bonuses will be initiated.
  We'll start with just a few of the projects and move to the others as conditions allow.
