The Haven has need for a full-time person, 9am-6pm, to answer and properly document all telephone crisis calls as per policies. Maintain client, shelter, and program security. Maintain and manage assigned and required documentation of client information as required by policies. Maintain an organized and clean work space and shelter. Two year college degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field, required or 6 years experience in victimology or related field experience. Position requires valid driver's license, and successful completion of all background checks including education verification, drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
